I need some advice on what to do with the mail skin issue.  My designer added an image to the top of the Root Master Page and it appears to be causing the bottom of the iframe to be lower than the screen. She is under the impression that the dynamic height of the iframe needs to be resolved as she has checked each piece of the css for height, and nothing seems to be causing the issue.

When you scroll to the bottom, the very last bits of the message are not there as we are missing about 45px or so of the bottom message.

She has added margin to the bottom of the mail frame in the css, but it’s still not showing the bottom of the page.

Can you offer any advice, which would be greatly appreciated?  I would hope you would be able to advise what is causing this.  If not, what type of programmer is needed to resolve this?

 What you need to alter is the Root.Master file. look for HeightOffset="59" and add the pixel height of your bar to the 59.

I tried this, and the problem I'm having is when the page initially loads, it's still cut off.  If I manually resize the window or maximize the window, it then shows up OK.  I'm using smartermail 5.5, and I tried modifying both skins.  Same results on both.

Is this a bug with the rad panel control distributed with SmarterMail Enterprise 5.5.3223?

 Edit:  One thing to add, if I do a refresh, the new header disappears until I either maximize or resize.

Xaak, we are still having the same issue as you and I created this post, http://www.smartertools.com/forums/t/22088.aspx.  I like the SM software but I am not impressed with the skin implementation.  I am hoping that since this appears to be a universal issue that Lance or one of the other ST reps will provide the resolution.  If not, everyone else will experience the same issue.
