Does the translation need to be complete?

    Does the translation need to be complete?

    I've translated into Spanish only the areas in the language .xml file that relate to the Customer areas. I did this because none of my Agents will be using any other language than English.

    However, when uploading the file to the Translations directory, the file doesn't trigger the language and remains in English mode.

    I've opened the file with Internet Explorer and the XML displays correctly. The permissions to the appropriate groups are also correct.

    Any suggestions?

    hello mates,

     we've got a similar problem with a translation. when choosing the additional language on the login-screen there is a short flash/reload where the language should be changed, but nothing happens. we checked the rights/permissons on the new file as told in the skinning & translation guide too.

     maybe someone in the community or smartertools-support itself has some idea. help would be greatly appreciated.
