I am completely speechless Mr. Rowland. THAT WORKED! My workstation (vista) along with an XP box is showing it correctly! I will report back with my other PC's but I expect this to fix the issue! THANK YOU Mr. Rowland!

 By the way, for those unfamiliar with clearing cache, for Internet Explorer 7, on your toolbar, click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete (button) -> Delete Files (button).

 I've got an issue that is along these lines, but what I see is that I get some of the charts being displayed when set for Silverlight but others won't display. It just has a blank empty space. I tried uninstalling Silverlight altogether and reinstalling, clear caches, etc, but I get the same thing, using Firefox 3.x or IE 7 on a Win XP system. Don't know if anyone has any ideas or not but if so I'd love to hear them.

I know my post sounded very stupid, but it solved the issue. Clear the cache on the computers that are not working.

 yeah I've already tried that and it didn't work.

I am having the same problems as some of you.  The package was working fine when first installed but now that the silverlight programme has been updated you cant actually install it.  The smart stats package actually gives you a link to download it and then says its too old (because its a beta).

 Surly there must be a way to sort this out?

As discussed, upgrade your smarter stats on your server to 4.0.3217. This release is built on the newest Silverlight patch, so no more pesky needing beta silverlight anymore. Download here: http://www.smartertools.com/SmarterStats/Download/V4.aspx

Then some users reported seeing blank on the area where graphs are supposed to be. If this is the case, uninstall silverlight -> go back to the smarter stats page -> click on the download silverlight -> download and install it -> restart the computer (to be safe, at mininum, restart browser) then it SHOULD work.

 If not, my fix was to clear the cache by going to tools -> internet options -> delete all. The user above your post says it doesn't work, so reply if it doesn't and hopefully someone knows the fix beyond this.
